Observe (Virtual Reality Lab)

The Virtual Reality Lab blends the real world with the virtual, allowing students to collaborate on simulated activities ranging from exploring the inner workings of human organs to examining the physics of the world's tallest buildings, all in a 3D environment. Students take virtual field trips all over the globe and beyond to gain a better understanding of the world outside their own. This immersive learning lab brings knowledge to life through augmented and virtual reality experiences.

Learn (Math Lab)

The Math Lab is an activity centered environment where students problem solve through self-exploration and discovery to find solutions by utlizing mathematical concepts. Model and manipulative hands on learning and strategic learning games are used collaboratively in order to solve real-world problems.

Discover (Makerspace)

The Makerspace offers a unique STEM learning opportunity where students get creative and think outside the box! Being a GEMS Explorer means designing and finding solutions to relevant Science problems. The Makerspace is all about learning through inquiry and problems being solved are aligned to grade level State Science Standards. This area challenges students to create and learn through hands-on, cooperative learning experiences. The Makerspace is an alternative way to approach learning by utilizing different tools and resources to reach a solution.
