Inspired by cartoonist Rube Goldberg, students design a machine that uses the most complex process to complete a simple task. Rube Goldberg Machine Contests help students learn while having fun and creating unique machines out of recycled items and everyday objects. Students learn to problem solve as a group, discover critical thinking skills, support each other and experience the results of real teamwork.
